Terms of Sale Bunnaverse – bunnaverse.com

1. Seller Information These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on bunnaverse.com, operated by Bunnaverse, based in France. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products We sell premium coffee beans and coffee machine kits. Product descriptions and pricing, are displayed on each product page. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT.

3. Orders An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.

4. Pricing All prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but orders will be billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

5. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured.

6. Shipping & Delivery Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with French consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. To do so, contact us at contact@bunnaverse.com. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective.

8. Returns & Refunds Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

9. Warranties Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité) and the guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés) as provided under French law.

10. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first. If unresolved, you may refer the matter to a certified mediator. French law applies to these terms.
